The palaeofzotanioal denartment cf the Museum ccntains nume- rous sneaimens of highest soientifio value; their oreservations would he earnesily endangereä loithcut the work of Prof.Dr.Kräusel. He is one of he fem speoialists in Germany and , therefore , cannot he renlaoed .
Prof.Kräusel'’s employment has nothing to do u/ith any teaching , and he has ho leo/ ing functions .
