With reference to your circular letter dated 15th of September 1936, I am very sorry to read of the unfortunate Situation of the Gesellschaft in view of the monetary changes that have occurred during the past decade or so. I regret I am not prepared to become an Annual member of the society in case it is decided to cancel my Life membership.
